- **Agent plugin API changes:** Remove `ctx.agent` and require callers to pass the Agent explicitly. Correct ownership of continuable subagents so root-only scheduling excludes them. by @kermanx
- **Inbox API changes:** Make `Inbox` a type-only interface instead of an exported runtime class. Plugins access pending messages through `agent.inbox`; `hasPending` and `claim` are no longer public API. by @kermanx
